Three days before your session you receive a one-page plan: location, arrival time, what to wear, a short shot list and a backup plan for weather.
Every service has an open starting price. The session planner gives you a clear estimate, and your written quote never goes up afterwards.
If the photos aren't right, we reshoot within 30 days at no cost. We would rather get it right than argue about it.

A 30% deposit holds your date. The rest is due on the day of your session. We accept cards, bank transfer and cash.
Move your session once for free with 48 hours' notice. Weather changes are always free.
Cancel more than 14 days ahead for a full refund of your deposit. After that, the deposit can go toward a future session within six months.
Any session can be given as a gift. We send a printed card and the recipient plans the session with us directly.

Your light plan includes advice for your specific session. These basics work for almost everyone.
Two to three weeks for most sessions, longer in the fall. Weddings usually book four to twelve months ahead. Headshots can often happen within a few days.
Not at all. Most of our clients say the same thing. We give simple prompts, keep things moving and never ask you to hold a stiff pose.
Every light plan includes a backup. We can move indoors or reschedule at no charge.
We deliver edited photos only, because the editing is part of the photograph. You can add more edited photos at any time.
Yes. Tell us on the planning call and we'll plan breaks, treats and a location that works for them.
Yes. Every gallery comes with a personal print release, so you can print anywhere. We also offer archival prints.
Brand, product, headshot and event sessions include a commercial use license. Personal sessions are for personal use.
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reshoot for free. We'd rather do it again than leave you unhappy.
